The purpose of the Finance Ministry is to keep the church financially responsible by maintaining accurate records, being responsible for establishing and overseeing procedures for counting offerings, making deposits, reporting to the board and congregation, and preliminary budget preparation.  Also, part of this ministry will be to review all church insurance and service contracts periodically and file all related documents for quick accessibility.
